As of 2020 Frederik Flach has started offering individual mentoring sessions and talks with topics on how the to build a sustainable work life as a musician.
Drawing on his experience as composer, his past as gigging/session pianist and booker/business owner the sessions are all individual focusing on a specific topic chosen by the mentee.
As founder and leader of Jazzkollektivet Frederik Flach has held several talks, workshops with the themes: pitching, negotiating the right price, branding/marketing an artist/band, the idea behind Jazzkollektivet etc.
The individuel sessions take place either in Copenhagen or online (Skype/Zoom etc).
